this weapon instantly kills any target that has an AC of 15 or less or uses natural armor to achieve its AC or if the enemy is huge or larger it destroys a large creature worth of tissue (example destroying a Tarrasques head or something like that)
if the creature has 16 AC because of Actual armor instead of an instant kill it does 10d10 damage to the target
this weapon's destructive capabilities are unmatched by all but the most destructive of spells it vaporizes all but the largest of targets. it can collapse a large building in one shot.
It’s up to you to decide whether a character has proficiency with a firearm. Characters in most D&D worlds wouldn’t have such proficiency. During their downtime, characters can use the training rules in the Player’s Handbook to acquire proficiency, assuming that they have enough ammunition to keep the weapons working while mastering their use.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
Notes: Range, Two-Handed, Ammunition (Firearms), Reload, Sap
