This crystal is one of the four Crystals created thousands of years ago during the Cataclysm. A giant meteorite came down from the sky and at the center of the point of impact was found the 4 newly formed crystals. At the top of Sha'ar Peak, sits the Air Temple of Quar Va on accessible by foot after a long and tenous climb. One single monk has been garding the Temple for the last 60 years. The "Great Eagle" when not taking care of the Temple itself, takes most of his time to meditate and reflect on the people down below
The Crystal has 20 charges. Putting the Crystal back on its altar in the Air Temple of Quar Va recharges it at a rate of 5 charges per day.
Everywhere else, the Crystal regains 1d4 - 1 expended charges daily at dawn, with a minimum of 1 charge.
