The Amulet of the Spike remains visible while changed to a beast due to Wild Shape. While wearing and as a reaction when hit by an enemy the wearer can have the attacker suffer 2d4 piercing damage.
While in an ethereal plane and wild shaped your attacks deal damage as though they were radiant damage.
