Augury Shard

This angular, octagonal crystal glows with the shifting lights of an ever raging storm.

Glimpse of Potential. You may take 1 minute to concentrate on the swirling storm within the crystal and cast your mind forward, attempted to glimpse one of you many potential futures.
Make a DC 15 Arcana check:
- On a failure, you suffer 2d4 psychic damage and gain one point of exhaustion.
- On a success, you are able to gain a glimpse of one potential future. You may state the possible scenario you wish to focus on, or ask a question relating to some aspect of the future. Your answer may come as a single word, or a brief, cryptic description. Your answer represents the 'most likely' scenario based on your intentions, and will be truthful as far as can be predicted from your current actions.

Once the shard has been concentrated on, it cannot be concentrated on again until the next dawn.
