While this mask remains on your person (but not your face,) it bears a comically ugly visage like that of a crone or fool in a pantomime. When not observed by its owner, it can be caught pulling faces and obscene expressions at passersby.
When worn on your face, it conforms seamlessly to your features, creating an ideal (albeit doll-like) version of yourself.
