Ankle Monitor of Tracking

This brass ankle monitor is accompanied by a magical compass that points to the monitor and vibrates if it moves more than 40 miles away, give or take. The monitor is secured via magical means and, once secured, cannot be removed except by inserting the compass in a slot on the side of the monitor for an extended period.
