Weapon (longbow), uncommon

The Arrow of Entangling is an arrow that appears to be crafted out of a fine metal. The arrow shaft has four lines etched down it made out of a shining wire. When the arrow is fired the arrow splits cleanly into four parts with a magical wire-like force tying the four parts together. On a hit the target needs to make a Strength saving throw (DC 10 + STR modifier + Proficiency) or be knocked prone and restrained. The target can repeat the save at the end of each of its turns in order to break free. This reflects the arrow magically driving into the ground around the target and embedding into the surface while the wire-like substance pins the target down. You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this piece of magic ammunition. Once it hits a target, the ammunition is no longer magical.

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
