Weapon (longbow), rare

An Arrow of Chaos is generally shaped normally with a light baby blue shaft and fletching that has greens and purples. When held up to the light the head of the arrow shines an iridescent color that shimmers as it moves. When firing one of these arrows a magical energy is emitted if the arrow is heading off target. Once an Arrow is seen to be notably missing the target a miniscule portal appears in front of the head, quickly vanishing into it. After 1d4 rounds the arrow reappears and hits the target directly, inflicting damage as if it has been a regular landed attack.

In essence, these arrows will always hit their target eventually, even when missing.

They inflict and additional 1d6 piercing damage upon impact if they utilize the portal. If not it hits like a normal arrow when determining damage.

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
