Potion, legendary

When Consumed, your speed increases 150 ft, you gain +4 to AC, you gain advantage on your Dexterity saving throws, and you get an additional action for 1 minute. After the duration of the Antimatter Tequila runs out, you cannot move or take actions until after your next turn. The effect of the drink can be enhanced when it is consumed with Shinching Powder.

If the Antimatter Tequila is consumed with the Shinching Powder, you must roll a 1d4 to determine the effect enhancement of the drink.

1| Mach Speed: Your boosted speed increases by an additional 150 ft and your Dexterity saving throws are doubled.

2| Speed Replication: You gain an additional action on top of your already speedy action. You also appear to have multiple hands by how fast you can move them.

3| Killer Reflexes: You gain an addition +4 AC to your already added quick AC, and if you are subjected to an effect that allows you to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, you can use your reaction to take no damage if you succeed on the saving throw.

4| Antimatter Body: You gain Mach Speed, Speed Replication, and Killer Reflexes. You also gain the ability to channel the energy inside of you into a focused laser and shoot a target that you can see. When you release the Antimatter Laser, a creature targeted by this ability must make a dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 15d6 + 40 force damage. When you use this feature, you gain one level of exhaustion. Only by finishing a long rest can you remove a level of exhaustion gained in this way.

You get disadvantage to Dexterity saving throws and Dexterity based attacks when in rain or water during the duration of the effect.
