This is a a small orb that has a churning liquid inside. When you speak the command word - nutmeg - then a massive Aboleth springs out of the orb, ready to come to your aid in a battle. If the Aboleth dies, it goes back into the orb, and you can  not use it for 1d8+4 days. On average, if the Aboleth does not die, then the Aboleth can be summoned every day.
