Wondrous Item, uncommon
A decorative and beautiful snowglobe that glows slightly blue when inverted. As an action, a creature can concentrate on the snowglobe for 1 minute. They will experience a vision from the frostmaiden, giving them information about the weather for the next 24 hours. The magic appears to be connected to Ivabard and the snowglobe ceases to function outside of cold climates.
