Amulet of Quick-Draft

This amulet can store a total of 3 potions (containers and all) in it. As a Bonus Action, say the magic words "Quick-Draft me a/an (insert stored potion name here)": it immediately uses the stored potion called for on the wearer, leaving the corresponding container still inside. The Amulet can be filled or emptied by concentrating for 1 minute per potion, having the potion in hand or an empty hand for the potion to appear in. Empty bottles stored inside will be swapped out during this process. Looking up close at the jewel in the center of the Amulet, one can see the potions faint silhouette floating around inside.
