Akkal(to blaze, shine (suddenly) and brilliantly) - very rare
Attributes - +2 Atk/Dmg (if wielded singly), when an attack lands a blaze of light bursts from the pommel of the dagger dazzling the creature being attacked (-2 atk for 1 round) and blinding any enemies within 5 feet for 1 minute(10 rounds) unless they pass a Constitution save (DC22). A successful save results in 12 seconds(2 rounds) of blindness. When used on an Aberration/Celestial the creature takes an extra 2d6 magic damage (if a Rogue wields Akkal they must succeed a DC20 dexterity check or they are tripped and fall prone)
An Elven Harbringer sword stolen and remade into two enchanted daggers, Akkal(light) and Morinda(dark). If both are wielded by the same creature, they gain +6 to Atk rolls(instead od +2) and +2d6 damage. Akkal’s blaze of light is obscured to enemies beyond 5 feet by Morinda when wielded together. Both daggers use compact sword technology (the blade can retract fully into the hilt). Ejecting/retracting the blade require an action.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
