The 9mm is a compact pistol found in a workshop in Lar'an University.
This mysterious tool is able to hold up to 6 bullets at a time, when all 6 have been fired it can be reloaded as an action or bonus action.
When rolling to attack with the 9mm, roll a d20 plus DEX modifier, minus the number of rounds being fired (e.g. 1d20 + DEX - 3 rounds). You can fire as many rounds as are loaded. Each round does 1d6 damage.
If the attack roll is less than the target's AC minus 3, the 9mm becomes jammed. You can unjam the pistol as an action. Unjamming the pistol requires passing an intelligence check (DC 13).
Proficiency with a Pistol allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
Notes: Damage: Additional, Damage, Combat, Loading, Range, Ammunition (Firearms), Vex
