This mastercraft powerful dark wood shortbow, inlaid with gold and red velvet, grants you a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon. Once per short rest, whevener you hit a creature within 40 feet of you, you may force it to make Strength Saving Throw (DC 16), on a fail the creature is pushed 10 feet away from you.
Additionally, you do not gain disadvantage while attacking with this weapon when engaged in melee. If you are attacking a creature within within 20 feet of you, the creature takes and additional 1d6 Piercing Damage, and +1d6 Piercing Damage on top of that if they are within 10 feet of you.
Proficiency with a Shortbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
