While attuned to this staff you can magically make the wings on the staff flap while flapping the wings give you a flying speed equal to your walking speed +10. The staff has 100 max charges a staff found normally has 10 current charges as an action you may spend 0+ charges to cast one of the following spells requiring no material components: Guidance (0) Bane (1) Bless (1) Cure Wounds (1 per level) Guiding Bolt (1) Spiritual Weapon (4) Beacon of Hope (5) True Resurrection (20) Mass Heal (20). If you use this staff to cast a 9th level spell the staff can't be used until the next dawn. Whenever you cast a spell using a spell slot that restores hit points the staff regains charges equal to the hit points restored.
