Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a by a Pallid Elf)
This amulet and others like it are racial heirlooms, given to young Pallid Elves when they left the grove to explore the world. It has one charge and regains this charge each time the moon reaches its zenith. As a bonus action you can expend the charge in the amulet to briefly enter the borders of the Ethereal Plane. You can remain in the Ethereal Plane for one minute or until you voluntarily end the effect.
