Since the ring has been bathed in death it self, once attuned the holder must roll a DC = 20 wisdom saving throw or go mentally insane.

Undead Bond

Once the ring is in possession of your person then it may only bond with one other item of Aabuzolo's Collection. if you wish to bond with another item you must make a DC = 30 wisdom saving throw or lose all access to all items that you have in your possession as they fade out of existence never able to see them again.
