This shimmering Silver Dragon Scale armor formerly belonged to the Silver Dragon, Argynvost, and is made from his scales. Argynvost was known to wear this armor on the rare occasions when he would assume his human form. The exquisitely crafted armor is currently missing its helm.
While wearing this armor, you gain a +2 bonus to AC, you have advantage on saving throws against the Frightful Presence and breath weapons of dragons, and you have resistance to cold damage. You can tolerate temperatures as low as -50 degrees Fahrenheit without any additional protection. If you wear heavy clothes, you can tolerate temperatures as low as -100 degrees Fahrenheit.
Additionally, you can focus your rage to blast a breath weapon of shards of ice and bitter cold. This breath weapon functions as a Cone of Cold and can be used once per day. Each creature in a 60-foot cone must make a Constitution saving throw. A creature takes 8d8 cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. A creature killed by this breath weapon becomes a frozen statue until it thaws.
This armor consists of a coat and leggings (and perhaps a separate skirt) of leather covered with overlapping pieces of metal, much like the scales of a fish. The suit includes gauntlets.
