Divine Halo: As an action, you can target a number of creatures(up to your proficiency bonus) within 30 feet and expend that many charges of this item. For 10 minutes, targeted creatures have advantage on Wisdom and Charisma ability checks and saving throws.

Blessed Vision: As a bonus action, you can target a creature within 30 feet and expend a number of charges of this item. For 10 minutes, their vision is unaffected by non-magical darkness, as well as magical darkness created by a spell that is equal or less than 3 times the number of charges expended.

This item belongs to the Angelic Envoy Set, they use the same attunement slot. When attuned to all items in the set, you gain the following:
Flowing Radiance: Charges from all items of the Angelic Envoy set can be used by any other item in the set, but 1 additional charge must be expended from any of the items.
