While you are wearing these gloves, you gain a +1 to attack rolls and ability checks made with unarmed strikes and monk weapons that don't have a bonus to attack and damage rolls. 

Additionally, while you wear these gloves, you may use a bonus action to channel the ki infused in the gloves, granting you ki points equal to your proficiency bonus. Once you use this feature, you may not do so until the next dawn.
