Amulet of the Outsider

The wearer of the Amulet of the Outsider recieves the following effects

• +2 to Int & Wis
• -2 To Dex & Cha
• Provides advantadge on saves vs fear, charm & cold
• Increase DC of Spells & Cantrips cast by the wearer by 1
• Targets killed by the users Spells & Cantrips have their soul consumed by the Amulet & can not be raised
• Can be used as a spell focus

Once enough souls have been consumed the Amulet of the Outsider transforms into The Outsiders Eye.
