Created by the gods and goddesses of the Cosmos, This Amulet Looks like a normal amulet except for the fact that it holds a Galaxy in the middle,
This amulet allows you to channel the power of a Galaxy into A blast. The blast deals 15 psychic damage, But can only be used once every per long rest.
Also it adds +1 to armour class.
