The restrained creature must make a DC10+ wearers CON modifier (+ the wearers proficiency bonus if the wearer has proficiency in plate armor) Strength check upon becoming restrained or else be restrained until the wearer releases them, via not stretching out their right arm and grabbing their elbow with their left hand. Any creature being restrained in this way has a movement speed reduced to zero, and cannot make any actions besides speaking. While the wearer is restraining a creature, they cannot take any actions that requires hand/arm movement unless they release the target being restrained.

Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.
