Angelic Shroud

Appearing as a simple mantle with a blueish-gray rim that covers the whole upper body, on closer inspection, it is notable that it is made of the finest silk, interwoven in beautiful patterns of gold and white colors.
This item can easily be worn over any armor you are proficient with.
This item has a number of charges equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining half of them upon finishing a long rest. (rounded down, minimum of 1)

Healing Pulse: As an action, you can touch a willing creature and expend 1 charge of this item and a spell slot. Roll a 1d8 and a number of d8s equal to its level. The target regains a number of hit points equal to the total. 

This item belongs to the Angelic Envoy Set, they use the same attunement slot. When attuned to all items in the set, you gain the following:
Selfless Healing: As an action, you can expend an amount of your vitality to heal another creature. You can expend a number of hit dice(up to your proficiency bonus), roll them and add an additional 1d10. The target regains a number of hit points equal to the total.
Instead of expending hit dice, you can choose a number of 1d10s(up to your proficiency bonus), roll them, you take that much necrotic damage(this damage cannot be ignored or reduced in any way). The target regains a number of hit points equal to the amount of necrotic damage you took plus an additional 1d10.

Heavenly Mercy: As an action, you can touch a creature and cast Greater Restoration on it by expending 3 charges of this item. (without providing material components)
