Weapon (longsword), artifact (requires attunement by a Insert a precious stone into the slot in the pommel and pray to Tyr.)

Crystalline blade. The pommel is made of a white stone and the handle is made of wood. The handle has three circular slots evenly spaced within it.

By itself, the blade has the same stats as any longsword.

Take a precious gemstone and insert it into the slot. Think of the spell you wish to imbue into the stone and pray to Tyr. The spell holds better if the color matches the temperament of the spell: Fire-red stone, healing-green stone, necrotic or evil spell-black stone...

Roll a d20, 12+ and the blade accepts the gem. Anything below and the blade will explode dealing d6 fire damage. If the Gem is accepted, the blade will glow.

If you wish you remove a stone, you have to remove all stones currently affixed to the handle.

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
