Wondrous Item, rare

An abacus containing 1d4+2 wooden rods, each rod holding six beads that can be slid from one side of the rod to the other. As an action, a creature may activate the magical energy of a wooden rod to have its beads reveal a significant number. When the creature chooses to activate this power, it must roll a 1d6 and keep the result in memory. For 24 hours, any d20 roll whose finalized result would be a number that the significant number is a factor of, the creature chooses to add, or subtract, the significant number from the value of the roll at will. For example, if the significant number provided is 4, then the creature can modify any d20 roll whose value plus modifiers would lead it to be evenly divisible by 4. This change occurs after the roll's value is determined, but before the outcome of the roll is declared.

Once all wooden rods have expended their power, it becomes a mundane abacus of questionable utility.
