Additional Arm

On first inspection this seems to be a well preserved severed limb (it can be of any species but most are constructs). When the severed end is pressed against the torso of a living being it bonds to them forming an extra shoulder joint. The extra arm grants no extra attacks, nor does it allow extra magic items to be worn (only 1 pair of gloves or bracers per person) but it does allow for actions that would require more than the normal number of hands, for instance a two-handed weapon and a shield.
