This extremely thin sheet of silver infused with mythral grains is strong, but flexible. 

As an action, you can speak a command word and attach this to an object or creature, (hostile creatures require an unarmed strike). Doing so absorbs any one condition that afflicts the creature. 

Then, the tag can be used again in the same manner to re-inflict that condition.
