Made from the scales of a young blue dragon, this magical shield transfers some of the wyrm’s power over the storm into its wielder.
While holding this shield, you have a +1 bonus to AC. This bonus is in addition to the shield's normal bonus to AC.
You have resistance to lightning damage while you wield this shield. After receiving a lightning attack, the very next person who attacks you and misses by 3 or less will take the lightning damage that was subtracted with your resistance.
Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
