Whilst attuned to this amulet, you are able to concentrate on two separate spells at once, as long as neither spell is above 3th level and the two spells are different.
You are able to maintain concentration on these two spells for 2 rounds, after which time you must choose which to maintain concentration on. If you are subjected to a concentration check while using this ability, you make both checks with disadvantage.
You may do this a number of times equal to your constitution modifier (minimum of once) and every time you use it, you must make a constitution saving throws (DC equals 10+ the level of the two spells cast) or suffer a point of exhaustion.
