This armor was worn by Cadmus, the god of all the elements. He wore it when he created the elemental and subsequent planes and when he fought in the great war against the giants. In the war, it broke and was cast into chaos. It ended up in the dwarf world of Morium, where the best dwarven craftsmen and smiths repaired it. This item was delivered to the material plane, where it came into the hands of the elven prince Astor, the mightiest hero in all the planes. It passed down through his family but was lost in the war pitting the elves against the goblins. This armor harnesses the power of the elements into spells, with a little bit of healing mixed in.
This armor consists of a coat and leggings (and perhaps a separate skirt) of leather covered with overlapping pieces of metal, much like the scales of a fish. The suit includes gauntlets.
