Cost
Costs 80,000 gp to buy downright plus 10 gp per 5 square feet on the deck. So if it is a 80x20 ship it would cost 10(80x20)+80,000, which is 96,000 gp.
Engine
The engine is a separate piece. Look here for the Airship Engine.
Fuel Costs
Fuel costs are quite expensive if you happen to carry a lot of supplies, or have lots of animals. It costs 2 gp per passenger (including the captain) per lift, and it costs 1 gp for every 100 pounds of stuff you are carrying (including mounts). If a player has a certain thing the captain wants, the captain can lower the price for that travel if they wish.
Construction
It takes 129 days for the Airship to be constructed, and 286 days for the engine to be made.
Carrying Weight
This depends of your ship size. If it is 80x20 like my last example, it would be 80 times 20 times 10, or 16,000. This is 8 tons.
