Staff (quarterstaff), uncommon (requires attunement)

This staff appears to be a halfling's skull affixed to a taller race's spinal cord and then dipped in bronze. Sloshing sounds can be heard from within the skull when it is shaken, although it appears to be empty.

Though the staff appears quite grisly, it casts a strange allure on it's wielder, granting them a +2 bonus to Persuasion checks made against targets the wielder finds attractive

You can use an action and name one liquid or item from the table below to cause the chosen liquid or item to flow from the mouth of the skull. The maximum amount the skull can produce depends on the liquid or item you named. Once the skull starts producing a liquid, it can't stop until all of the liquid has poured from it's mouth, and it can't produce a different liquid or item until the next dawn.

Wine: 1 gallon

 

Proficiency with a Quarterstaff allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.
