Potion, very rare (requires attunement by a Light or campfire or candlefire. Inhale the smoke after exhale.)

Arcanite Cigars created by a crafty or should i say crazy Mage somewhere in Icewind Dale. He combined "high" magic with elven herbs , these cigars are alchemical wonders. Four cigars make the set. All cigars have color coded. The cigars have 3 charges, can be extinguish after one or two use.

Black Cigar - Healing breath: Ignite the cigar then inhale. After you ignite you have 3 charge of Healing Breath: Target regains hit points equal to 1d10 + your spellcasting ability modifier. (if the user dont have spellcasting ability modifier then use const modifier)

Blue Cigar - Fly: : Ignite the cigar then inhale. After you ignite you have 3 charges of Fly. Can use on self, or exhale for somebody to use the spell.

Green Cigar - One with Nature: Ignite the cigar then inhale. After you ignite you have 3 charges of "Nature's Blessing" spell: For 1 minute you can understand and speak every language even the beast and other animals and plants. And you got adventage for wisdom-charisma and intelligence checks. But you are feel funny and high, dexterity based checks got diasadventage and in combat you also have disadventage for anything. After the 1 minute wears off you will be high for a while ( for an hour). Can exhale to others but they only get the disadventage flaw. Second hand smoking is just bad.

Red cigar: Flaming breath of Fiery Doom: Ignite the cigar then inhale. After you ignite you have 3 charges of "Flaming breath of Fiery doom" spell. Each creature in a 20-foot cone must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 10d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The fire ignites any flammable objects in the area that aren’t being worn or carried. The user must make a constitution saving throw (target 12) after that the user cough a little and have a burning feeling in his/her throat. On a failed save the user suffers 1D8+cons modifier fire damage.

Notes: Light or campfire or candlefire. Inhale the smoke after exhale.
