This concoction is a white shimmery liquid with gold flakes, smells sweet and sugary and tastes like a sweet and creamy brew. But it is a Heavy Hallucinogen that can sometimes end in Death.
If you drink a whole bottle you will have a slow and painful Hallucinogenic Death. (No death saving throws)

Roll a d20 anything under 15 ends in death, if above 15 you will have very low health and will hallucinations for several hours.
