These knee braces have been made with the finest Gnomish materials money could buy. After they were created, they were then enchanted. After attunement the wearer gains the following benefits.   

+2 to your AC   *Once per day the brace will enable you double-dash   

Twice per day you may cast cure wounds (Only upon yourself). This is to help with the aches and pains.

Attunement requirements: When the pair of braces are first wrapped and secured around the knees, the user will take 7 points of damage per knee (for a total of 14 points damage). As the braces activate, they hold fast to the wearer with tiny barbs that lodge into the Medial and Lateral Collateral Ligament. The user must stay off their legs for 12 hours. If the wearer does not, than the process must start over again. This particular damage is not healable by rest of common heal spells. A special elixir that accompanies the bracers when first acquired must be taken during the attunement. The elixir is comprised of a wax capsule filled with Pixie dust, sweet nectar, and a hint of Elven wine. There are 7 capsules. Each one will heal 2 points of damage caused by the attunement. Being designed for this purpose specifically, the capsules will not heal any other type of damage. Now if the user consumes all the capsules at once, they must make a Con Save at -2 (Per every 2 capsules). If they fail, they fall to sleep for the next 12 hours. If they succeed they feel as is they had several to many drinks.
