Wondrous Item, common

Any creature can cast a spell of up to 1st level into one of these arrows by touching it as the spell is cast. The spell has no effect, other than to be stored in the arrow. If the arrow can't hold the spell, the spell is expended without effect.

When an attack using one of these arrows hits a target, in addition to the attacks normal damage, the stored spell is cast (no attack roll necessary).  If the spell requires a save it uses the spell save DC of the original caster, but is otherwise treated as if you cast the spell.  The target of the weapon attack is the target of the spell, and/or the center of the area if the spell has one.  If the spell has an area of effect that is a line or cone, it begins on the target and extends in the direction of the arrow's trajectory.

If the spell grants healing, the attack roll may be made with advantage if an ally is the target (no critical hits). The arrows do not deal damage, instead the weapon's damage die may be added to the amount healed.

If a 1 is rolled on the d20 for an attack made with one of these arrows, the spell within the arrow activates using you as the target.
