Anguish, Ender of Evil

Anguish, Ender of Fiends was created during the First Demon War to devour evil souls, growing stronger with each soul and the type of soul it devours. It is a +1 shield on top of the original 2 and for every 150 evil souls devoured grants a +1 (max +3) AC. At max ac it also grants the wielder immunity to fire and cannot me frightened or charmed. The shield is bluish/purple with some gold outlining and some Nordic runes with a face of a demon on the front that when consuming the souls becomes animated to devour these vile souls. And souls devoured by the shield do not go back to its plane of existence but is instead devoured forever and can only be brought back by a wish spell. The shield cannot devour named fiends, demons or lords and kings until 15th lvl.

Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
