After the leech has been attached to you for 2 days you can crush the parasite causing it to dump all of its collected adrenaline back into your bloodstream.

As a free action crush the leech (The leech is destroyed in the process.) and gain an entire additional action (movement, action, bonus action), make a wisdom save DC12. If you fail you must use this action to run away.
