When this fine white powder is combined with a strand of hair from its target and is added to food or drink, the meal or beverage becomes simply irresistible to the one it’s intended for. Upon consumption, the target has disadvantage on wisdom saves for the next half hour.

Without the strand of hair, the meal or beverage the powder is added to becomes visibly more delicious, but not irresistible. The affects can be resisted with a DC 16 wisdom save. Upon a fail, the target has disadvantage on wisdom saves for the next minute.
