Avaricious Abacus

This Platinum Abacus has a fine gold inlay along the frame, and beads crafted from a variety of semi-precious stones, inlaid with jewels.

The Abacus grants you knowledge of trading customs and negotiation tactics. While holding the abacus you gain advantage on charisma checks made to garnish a better deal or cheaper price when bartering with the average shop purveyor.

Additionally your inherently frugal nature allows you to negotiate for the best deal possible. After a successful negotiation you are able to acquire most common and uncommon items at 50% cost.

You may also use the Abacus to determine the intrinsic value of an item. (1 Action)
