This necklace has been made by the master smiths of Iron City. Vampiric kobold spawn teeth, magma bulette sinew and hihi'irokane metal went into the making of this item. Special runic symbols bind part of the fire elemental spirit Asaramam to empower it
While wearing this necklace, you may say "Burn with Asaramam angry wrath" with that a fire painful roar comes forth, drawing from the spirit's life force which will allow you to can use an action to cast the scorching ray spell with it. When you make the spell's attacks, you do so with an attack bonus of +5. The necklace can't be used this way again until the next dawn.
After use, the character seems to smolder and gives off the smell of charcoal ash and the sounds of crackling, sputtering, snapping campfire for 1 minute
