A magical 3 speed touring bicycle with magic tires and saddle bags.
In the lowest gear, the rider moves at 60 feet. Second gear allows the rider to move at 90 feet or 60 feet with the tires activated. The highest gear allows the rider to move at 120 feet, 90 feet with the tires active or 60 feet hovering 3 feet above the solid ground or the surface of liquids (One can fly over seas or lava, etc).
When activated, the tires of this bicycle will change in a manner that allows it to ride over tricky or perilous terrain. For example, on rocky, jagged mountain sides, the tires become very large and low pressure in order to grip rocks. In snow, the tires grow metal studs. The tires read the road, do calculations, and change on the fly with no input from the rider and without pause.
The bicycle has two saddle bags on the rear and two in the front. The saddle bags are much larger on the inside than the outside; they are 5' wide, 5' deep, and 6' tall on the inside, yet 1' wide, 6" deep, and 1' tall on the outside. Each bag can negate 200 pounds. Any weight above that adds to the weight of the bike. For example, if each bag has less than 200 pounds in it, the bike will ride as if the bags were empty; if each bag had 225 pounds in it, the bike would ride like the rider was hauling 100 pounds. Each bag can hold no more than 300 pounds. The movement of the bike is halved for each gear if the all the bags are holding a total weight of 1000 pounds.
The saddle bags can be removed from the bike and the bike itself can be stored in one of its bags.
The bicycle has 100 charges and the rider expends one charge everyday they ride the bicycle. When the rider uses all the charges, they must allow 7 days for the bike to repair itself.
Notes: Movement, Utility, Exploration, Shapechanging, Container, Negates Difficult Terrain
