Amulet of Anti-Magik Negation

This amulet is made of bronze and sports a topaz gemstone at its center. It is usually hung around the neck by a common chain or string. 

If you are attuned to this amulet, you can use a reaction to shield yourself and nearby allies from any effects which disrupt or end the use of magic items, spells and spell like abilities (like dispel magic or antimagic field) until the beginning of your next turn. It's protection extends 15 ft. in all directions. This sphere of protection centers on the amulet and moves with it. The number of charges expended to protect against these effects is equal to the spell level of the effect being cast against anyone in the effected area.
