Counterpart pendants come in pairs, each pair having a crystal shard of the same hue dangling from the pendant's chain. No two pairs of pendant have the same color crystal. 

As an action, a creature holding a counterpart pendant can crush the crystal attached to it, destroying it. For one minute, the other pendant sheds dim light in a 5 foot radius. After that duration, the crystal crumbles to dust and is destroyed, causing both pendants to become nonmagical.
