you know you don't have to publish these things, right? they are available to you and your players. also, if you are making something this generic, you can just make a custom item in your character's inventory. You don't need to make an entire homebrew item

I don't know why no one's pointed out that the Air Magic BOOK is actually a rod

Thanks! This item was incredibly usefull in my last campaign! My players absolutely loved reading their rod and being able to breathe afterwards!
