Amulet of Phoenix Control

If the amulet is facing the sky, you can use an action to speak its command word and summon an phoenix. The amulet can't be used this way again until the next dawn. The amulet weighs 2.5 pounds. Phoenixes don’t consider you hostile unless you attack.
