This ring looks like it's made of dark, clear glass with a faint gleam moving underneath its surface. When you snap your fingers wearing it, an item suddenly appears in your hand. The item then disappears after one hour.
The item must be small enough to be held with one hand, such as a watch, a flower or a picture. The item is borrowed temporarily from a random location on the same plane of existence and returned after one hour to the same exact location.
You can't snap for a specific item. A random object with that description is pulled from a random location. The object retains a magical link to its original location and for this reason cannot be utilised as a magical component for a spell, if it would be consumed by it.
