Weapon (longbow), very rare (requires attunement by a creature of non-evil alignment)

This oversized longbow is a unique weapon that can only be used by a Medium or larger creature that has a Strength of 18 or higher. It can shoot oversized arrows that deal 2d6 piercing damage rather than 1d8. You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this oversized longbow. When you make a ranged attack roll with this weapon against a fiend or an undead, it gains no benefit from cover, other than total cover, and you suffer no disadvantage due to long range. If the attack hits, the fiend or undead takes an extra 1d10 radiant damage.

This longbow has 4 charges for the following properties. It regains 1d4 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the longbow's last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the longbow loses its properties and becomes a nonmagical oversized longbow.

While holding the longbow, you can use a bonus action to expend 1 charge, and transform a nonmagical arrow into a bolt of divine flame. The next ranged weapon attack you make deals 6d8 radiant damage on a hit, or half as much damage on a miss, instead of the weapon’s normal damage.

Whether you hit or miss, each creature within 10 feet of the target must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw. Each of these creatures takes 4d8 radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

The arrow then reduces to ash.

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
